Solbones

Objective:

Be the first person to score 63 pts. (Simple addition game)

What you need:

3 white dice with yellow dots. Frequency dice will be 2= red dots 3=purple dots 4=blue dots.

Alt Dice Design- red, purple, blue dice with white dots and yellow frequency dots

Rules:

  • Must roll all 3 dice each time

  • You get up to 3 chances to score per round (4 if you use a tally)

  • Tally is an extra roll that can be earned.

  • Tally can only be used after 3 rolls are exhausted and no points were earned. Only 1 tally* per round can be used

  • Game is won by scoring 63+ pts

  • After first player achieves 63+ pts, all other players gets to roll one last round for a chance to beat the winning score.

  • In the event of a tie, each player rolls 1 die. Highest score wins.

Scoring options:

  • Roll a pair: Two dice the same activate scoring, the value of Third die is your score that round.

Ex: 2 6’s and a three, you scored a 3

  • Tribing Up: All 3 dice are the same number, the value of 1 die is your score and you receive 1 tally.

  • Vibing Up: If scoring die is a frequency die (blue, purple, or red ) you double the value. If you roll trips w frequency you also receive 1 tally.

  • In the Ether (9 pts): If you roll a 4+3+2 you earn 9 points and 1 tally

  • Zan Zone (18 pts): Roll 4+3+2 with Blue, Purple and Red, you receive 18 pts (the highest score possible) and 2 tallies

  • Pass the point (1 pt): If a player doesn’t score after rolling 3 times and using tallies (if they have any), the next player receives 1 point to their score.

*Tallies can be used consecutively on the last round of the game. They can be used until roller has taken lead of final round or until they are used up.

Advance Option:

In the 9

Objective:

Be the first person to score 63+ pts. (Addition & subtraction game)

Rules:

  • All standard game rules apply.

  • In the 9 (9 pts): If you roll and the pips add up to  9, you automatically get 9 points from the highest scorer. (If you are the highest scorer, then it is from the 2nd highest). (+9, Leader -9)

  • In the Ether (18 pts): If you roll a 9 with 4+3+2 (without frequency numbers), you receive 9 points, 9 points from opponent with highest score. (+18 & 1 tally, Leader -9)

  • Zan Zone (27pts): If you roll a 9 with the frequency numbers you get the total amount on dice + the nine from highest opponent and 2 tallies. (+27 & 2 tallies, Leader -9)

  • If you use a tally and you do not score on roll you lose a point.

Super Advance Option

Spiral Up, Spiral down

Game is over when someone wins with a score spiraling up to 36 or losing with a score spiraling down to 0.
